talking with the neighbors i found out i was not the only one having the issue with lost money orders and bad bad managment. Unfortunately managment seems like does not want to accept their responsability. Maintance it's another issue, they do expect you to pay on time but what about when you request something' somehow corporate has to eliminate this issues.

I agree with you. Maybe if we sign a petition and send it to corporate, we can get better management.
