I one of things I love about this apartments. Is the great quality of customer service the office provides. To each and everyone of their residents that lives here... and potential residents that comes in. The staff is understanding to everyone needs and takes care of them accordingly. I live here for 3 years and have no complaints.

I still think this is bogus. You must not know the same staff I know. I have even talked to my neighbors who also have trouble with the management. In fact, most of my building has trouble with the management, except for my neighbors above me who have way too many people up there and stomp all day and night and somehow still seem to be there, but I am dealing with corporate on this. I do not believe that you have constant or any contact with management, either that or you must not have any complaints because once you start complaining - wheter it be about water damage or noise, then the staff turns their back on you and turns a deaf ear to you - which at that point you will have to learn like others of us have had to learn - if you want something done, call corporate. I would not wish for my worst enemy to live here. And yes, I do think it is that bad.

You must be a little mad! It's not the same people I talk to every day. Are you living at the same apartment? I haven't had any problems and I don't have to call corporate to get a response. I just write up a request and it is done. I did hear my neighbors downstairs sometimes, but I never expected not to. It's an apartment! Duh! What kinda stuff are smokin'?
