I had live on Tuscany for 5 months and I will renew my contract next month, there's no other aparmtent complex on east Mckinney better than Tuscany, the school zone is the best in Mckinney, with Boyd High School and Faubion Middle School, perfect location just 2 minutes from HW75, walking distance to fastfoods and pharmacy and other stores. Well kept grounds. My apartments has been in top condition since I move in back in April, nothing has broke or malfunction. I have a 3rd floor which I love (except for the stairs, jeje) but I have high scelings on the living room and very private balcony, the layout of my 3bed 2bath is perfect w/a big living/dining room. Never had a problem w/parking, most of the time I have a perfect spot, if is too late I have to park a little farther but still secure. I think bad management comments are not true, I never had any issue w/the management and Lisa is the best. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
