There are a lot of dog owners here and there is dog crap all over the place and no one bothers to clean it up. I have complained to the office and nothing has changed. There is also a lot of trash behind the complex in the empty field that is thrown over the fence by tenants. It really looks bad. I live here and plan to pay money I don't have in order to break my lease because this place is nasty. I have to tell my friends to watch out for the dog crap when they visit me because I don't want it tracked into my house. Oh! and did I mention the roaches. Yes roaches! management sprays once a month but they come back.

There are noisy neighbors who always choose to fight in the wee hours of the morning.

My radio was stolen out of my car. So think about before moving here.

The care team is really great with the kids. Which I appreciate. I just wish the care team was in charge of maintance around here.

tell on the dog owners who are not picking up so they can violate them, she does not have eyes in the back of her head, duh......if you see them tell them to pick their ---- up what is the worst they can do....if they do something bad press charges....quit being a ----- i have no problem telling someone they are doing something bad. that is the problem no one wants to do anything to help but everyone wants to complain! you live on a apt community, you pay $600 or so dollars for rent maybe less, this is not cater to you...
