This complex is a freaking nightmare, Cops are constantly getting called in to the place. The park is completely unsafe and i'm pretty sure management knows it. There is a pointy wooden root that sticks out from under one of the slides that my children have constantly tripped on and concrete sticking out of the ground which is also a danger. This place is lucky i havent filed a lawsuit for my kids getting hurt, but i figured we just wont go to it anymore. Roaches are bad no matter how many times the guy comes in and sprays because thy arent your regular roaches, they are german roaches which live in the walls, i'll show you exactly what i mean too, the picture i have was taken of the cabinet above the fridge where no food is kept at all and never has been in my apartment. The compactor in the back is constantly a mess it gets emptied one day and 2 days later theres garbage all over on the outside...i'd clean it up myself but i'm not physically able and i'm also not willing. My family and i are going to be moving as soon as possible. oh and the state trooper here is on a freaking power trip. He tries to enforce some 11 o'clock curfew that was made up by the last manager and no one listens to him mainly cause not one of us signed anything agreeing that we would be in at a certain time...come on we are adults and we arent gonna be having no curfew. anyway this a long enough rant....pic caution: its pretty gross.

ok whoever you are leaving comments trying to make this place better....i'm the one who wrote this although it has gotten better a little bit around here. but the roaches arent leaving no matter how many times they come and spray so my husband sprays a stronger spray than they do and it works. Word is though is its about to get a whole lot worse not to mention i'm moving asap cause its still bad with crime...theres drugs everywhere....shocking....i dont think so...but i'm starting to think that you who is going to everyone who has badmouthed the complex is someone in the office trying to make it all better. and if you are then F---You!

I am a resident I live in the front! come find me! this place is great i bet you have never cleaned your cabinets out for pest control and drugs where, call the police tell mgt they cant be outside 24 hrs a day they need help too. drugs are everywhere your husband is propbably using the fuing drugs!!!! bad crime, whatever! like what you must have free time on your hands to be able to get on here and write like you have nothing better to do, get a job so you dont have to live on a tax credit property! help clean up give suggestions, be a part of the place you live, leave a note for mgt where the drugs are....how about that think before you write dumb ass

HUMM WHY DONT YOU COME TALK TO THE OFFICE IN ORDER TO MAKE THINGS A LITTLE BETTER OPPOSE TO WRITING THINGS OVER THE INTERNET?? COPS ARE GETTING CALLED FOR PEOPLE BEING LOUD AND WALKING HARD ON THE FLOORS NOT BECAUSE OF ANY OUTRAGIOUS THINGS GOING ON.. THE STICK AND THE CONCRETE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING FIXED.. BESIDES THE TWO COMMENTS LEFT ON HERE IT WAS NEVER BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION. IF YOU ARE THAT WORRIED ABOUT YOUR KIDS THEN WHY DIDNT YOU CALL THE OFFICE ASAP SO IT COULD HAVE GOTTEN FIXED A LONG TIME AGO??? HUM USE YOUR HEAD.. I CANT DO ANYTHING IF ITS NOT BROUGHT TO THE OFFICE ATTENTION. ALSO THINK TO YOURSELF WHO PUTS THAT GARBAGE OUT OF THE TRASH COMPACTOR?? WE DONT. BUT WE ARE THE ONES CLEANING IT UP. THAT WOULD BE RESDIENTS JUST TOO LAZY TO THROW IT IN THERE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MOVE THAT BACK COME TO THE OFFICE SO WE CAN LET YOU OUT OF YOUR LEASE. PLEASE. AS FAR AS THE CURFEW. THAT IS BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE LACK OF SECURITY. ANOTHER REASON THE COPS WERE BEING CALLED CAUSE OF RESIDENTS OUTSIDE IN THE BREEZEWAYS TALKING BEING LOUD ETC. well i can honestsly say this, ----: you must like drama if your so worried about what people say on here. go do your job and stop worrying if the complex gets a bad review people wont really pay too much attention to it. Oh and i dont plan on paying you people a cent when i leave for anything keep the deposit i dont need it.

there is only one person that gets free rent and it is not cares!!! mind your own f business. yes if the police were called it is because a neighbor thought you mind need help better than people turning their head when they hear you getting your ass beat at night by your ----in boyfriend!!!! people do care maybe next time they should let you be and lets see the outcome in the morning!!!!!!ungrateful -----!!!!!!!!!!!
