This is the worst ran complex I have ever seen. Trash every where,although they finally got a new guy who is actually trying to get it clean. The other tenants in this place are terrible. People here have no concern about anyone else that lives around them and the management is absolutely worthless and doesn't do anything about anything. I live in a one bedroom apartment and every other tenant in the building has one to four kids stuffed into these little apartments and are running unattended at all hours of the night. Every since I moved in this hole these little hoods have been beating on my door and running off, also my grill got kicked over right in the middle of the day (probably by the same group of hoods) after using it earlier and waiting for it to cool. At any rate I could on forever about how sorry this place is on all areas except for parking. The tenants are terrible, the grounds are horrible and poorly maintained which is sad, because they have virtually no landscaping whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and spend 50 to 100 dollars more a month it'll be so worthit, not to mention you'll also get a patio,which this place doesn't have,that you can put stuff on without it getting stolen. And in the summer don't plan on going to the pool unless you want to cram in with every kid in the complex in a pool smaller than most backyard pools and the "workout area" is a joke.
