I lived here when it first opened. I saw that someone else wrote a review that lived there at that time. I probably know you. I lived in building 7 in the back. When we first got the lease we were given a choice on where we wanted to live so we chose the very back so we could be loud and party til others moved in. It remained empty for months. Then an apartment complex up the road closed down that was known for its violence and they moved everyone in. That is when the molestation cases and used condoms and break-ins showed up. They had a curfew at the pool so the kids would not get molested. There were condoms all over the place in the grass in the parking lots it was gross, it would not surprise me if prostitution was going on too. There were fights in front of my apartment all the time. One night it was a brawl that was about to go down, guns, knives, chains, bats and yelling was everywhere. We locked ourselves up in the apartment and laid on the ground in the hallway, till someone called the cops. That is another thing. Someone had a scanner so if you called the cops then everyone would know, plus they would yell out police so they never caught them. Delivery trucks were jumped daily until they stopped coming all together. We got out of our lease early cuz it was just way too stressful. Management could have done a better job at keeping those individuals out that were causing all of these problems but Im not sure what was up with them anyway. I had a friend move in there for six months when he had nowhere else to go in 2005 and they had not changed at all except maybe gotten worse. I visited him during the day and already people were outside yelling at each other and I was given several dirty looks by his neighbor who was standing outside of their apartment. I told him I would not be able to come back and see him since I left there for a reason and that was not to come back later on and visit. I thought surely things should be different by now''!!'' Maybe by now it is different but I have talked with several people who are scared to go in that place. I had a friend tell me about a year ago that it was still really bad there. We have nicknamed it "crackpoint". I know that sounds bad and you can get mad all that you want but this place is, was, and probably will be for a long time until they kick a lot of people out and change thier ways on who they accept, a bad place to move into and call home. Unless you are used to this kind of environment then, welcome home.

ALRIGHT SO YOU LIVED HERE 7 YEARS AGO.. WELL AND HONESTLY WHEN THIS PLACE FIRST OPENED ME AND MY MOM CAME OUT HERE TO LOOK FOR A APARTMENT. WHEN WE PULLED IT WE SEEN A GROUP OF GUYS MAYBE IN THERE 20'S ALL IN A GROUP WALKING UP BY THE OFFICE I WAS ALMOST SCARED TO GET OUT OF THE CAR THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY BELONGED TO A GAIN. WE MOVED IN IN 2006 (BEFORE I STARTED WORKING HERE) AND I WAS VERY SHOCKED WITH HOW FRIENDLY THE STAFF WAS AND HOW NICE THIS PLACE THEN SEEMED TO ME. AFTER A YEAR ALMOST THAT I LIVED HERE I STARTED WORKING HERE. SO I TOTALLY AGREE AND SEE WHERE YOUR COMIGN FROM BEINGS THAT YOU LIVED HERE IN 01. IM SORRY THAT YOU FEEL THIS WAY BUT THINGS HAVE IMPROVED SINCE THEN BY 2000000% YOU KNOW THEY WHOLE REASON WHY WE CAME BACK TO THIS APARTMENT IS BECAUSE I HAD A FRIEND THAT LIVED IN BUILDING ONE I HAD TO BABYSIT HER KID AND I WAS VERY SHOCKED THAT SHE ONLY PAID 536 A MONTH AND HOW NICE THIS PLACE WAS. THATS WHY WE MOVED HERE. =)
