Let me guess your from the office? big deal. i havent been the one writing any of these reviews bad mouthing our complex but from what i have noticed is that managment is being rude to people for sharing their oppinions. I want out of my lease but i only have a few months left to where i can stick it out for a bit. But whoever has been writing is right about most of whats been said. I dont know about anyone on the staff or anything but ya'll need to figure out a better way to deal with the apartments problems and stop worrying about what people say about the complex.

Wow... I'm actually looking for a new place and I have to say, I am very disappointed. The maturity level of the staff seems to be very low. ----; I was seriously considering moving to your complex, but thanks to you rude response to the person above your comment... I've have decided against it, hands down. Thank you so much for stopping me from making the biggest mistake of my life.

Wow!!! I think this girl (----) is out of her mind. I lived there a year and a half ago while my husband was in the process of getting out of the military. Everything these people are complaining about is the same stuff people where complaining about then. So the whole..."nobody has brought it to our attention" line is the biggest lie ever!!!! We along with other "normal" people brought it to their attention then. There were SO many problems there and the roaches were the #1. Not everyone is dirty but they allow too many nasty people to live there and then the roaches wont go away. Just because people are considered low income doesnt mean they are nasty....and deserve to live that way. ---- and the office staff are out of their minds for talking to people like they do on here. The owners of this community should be notified. We broke our lease...and it hasnt effected us at all!!! I can assure you that...I recommend doing the same thing. Plus if they ever did try to take people to court...do you know how many people could get them shut down by the state!!!

i think the office staff is great and has realyl turned this place around ive been here since 05. if you lived here in the past why are you getting on here and writting bad things about the complex. why dont you just go no about your bus if you had lived here over a year ago? that makes no since! well creek point staff if thats really you getting on here keep up the great work!! dont mind what they say because they are the ones out of their minds slandering creekpoints name. what ive realized going through all the apartment complexs here in the mckinney are is that everyone writes the same things on every page. i thin people just need to stop complaing about everything and find something better to do.
