I am a current tennant here at Creek Point Apartments. Why is someone getting yelled at for having an oppinion' Especially by an employee. Yes the complex has some problems. Yes the staff is trying to fix them. The compactor in the back is a big issue for me because its only emptied once a week but also because it gets piled up. Its a compactor not a dumpster and it gets full so people sit their trash outside of it because they cant fit it in. My husband and i have had at most 3 bags of garbage in our apartment because we dont want to be the ones causing the problem out there at the compactor. In fact i myself have thrown bags in there and shoved trash in despite how full it was just so it wasnt out on the ground for animals. I also have a question though why we're the residents sent a note saying they were not to have large dogs yet in the past few months i've seen 2 german shepards, 2 black labs and 1 golden retriever, why tell people they cant have large dogs one minute and then allow them to have them the next' it makes no sence. If the office has a problem with me writing let me know and i'll tell you what i have to say to your face. Ya'll arent as bad as whoever is saying ya'll are and lying and making up crap, i will say this though. Kacy you need to stop yelling and criticising whoever is writing it cause they can get you in trouble. your not a bad person and honestly i've never had a problem with anyone their in the office, in my own oppinion ya'll are great. but their are trouble areas but i know ya'll are trying to fix them and your doing your best with what you have. this was not meant to start trouble or anything so please dont give it.

I JUST THINK THAT IF A RESIDENT HAS THAT MANY PROBLEMS THEN WHY RENEW YOUR LEASE OR WHY GET ON HERE AND TYPE AWAY WITHOUT A NAME AND BAD MOUTH WHEN EASILY YOU COULD PICK UP THE PHONE CALL DOWN TO THE OFFICE AND TALK TO US.. THAT WOULD GO ALONG WAY AND I PROMISE I WOULD FIX ANY PROBLEMS THAT YOU HAD/ HAVE. WE CANT FIX A PROBLEM WITH OUT US BEING AWARE OF THE SITUATION. THERE IS ONLY 3 OF US IN THE OFFICE ALONG WITH 200 FAMILYS ON PROPERTY WITH PROBLEMS. ANYTIME SOMEONE CALLS WE TRY 110% TO MAKE THINGS BETTER. SO WHAT GETS ME IS HOW I STRESSED FOR ANYONE WITH PROBLEMS TO JUST CALL THE OFFICE AND TALK TO ME THEN THEY JUST KEEP BAD MOUTHING ABOUT OFFICE STAFF AND ETC.. ITS OK THOUGH BECAUSE I HAVE A GOOD FEELING ON WHO THIS IS... ANYWAY ALSO.. I CANT GET IN TROUBLE BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SAID ANYTHING OTHER THEN FOR YOU GUYS TO CALL THE OFFICE SO WE CAN MAKE THE PROBLEM BETTER- THANKS **KACY**

Thanks for whoever wrote the half way good things about the girls in the office. they try really hard and it takes time and steps to get rid of the bad. I understand why they are taking all these comments personally, they do try hard and this is their home as well. so thanks again

Yeah the people in the office are soooooo great. not. ya'll need to get your ---- together and stick up for yourselves better and actually get out the office and do something to make it better at the complex. to the suck up i'm so sure you've actually done anyhing to help this place, no one does anythng with the compactor ever in fact i doubt you've even shoved bags in no matter how full it was. i'm outta here i'm done posting since i'm not allowed to say what i want.
