I think that the major problem with this apartment complex are the inconsistencies. It seem the rules are always changing (i.e. curfew, pets, gym), along with the office hours. The major problem with this is that there is no communication!!! These changes "take place" with little or no notice to the tenants. There have been numerous occasions when (my family &) I have gone to the pool, office or the gym during "regular" hours only to find it closed with no explanation, and without notice of when it will again be open. I have also experienced inconsistencies in the way forms/notices are filled out & delivered. I came home from work to find my wife crying because we received a 30 day notice to vacate & when I called the office they said that it was just a reminder to renew my lease. While I have never had a direct problem with management, I fell that replying to people's opinions in a rude manor is more finger pointing than problem solving. The reason that no one has approached any of the management in person is for fear of some form of persecution (EVICTION). By stepping forward they feel like they are putting a bulls eye on themselves and their family. Lets face the facts, many of the families that live in this complex are low income, and this is why we are forced to deal with these situations. Management know what our yearly income is, which is why the play the if you don't like it leave card. Many people are here because this is what they can afford, but that doesn't mean that they should have to deal with sub-standard service.
Also are there other contact numbers for the apartment manager(s). I feel like every time I call the 0200 number I get an answering machine, and how high does the apartment hierarchy go, is there anyone above the onsite apartment management, instead of telling people to call the office, why not give them your supervisors number so that we can safely voice our complaints.
