I orginally planned on moving to this complex with my husband and two childen, but afer reading the reviewes I have changed my mind. It does not sound like a good place to live and raise children. And as far as the managment goes, I think it is completly unacceptable to be on the internet, going back and forth with residents arguing about things that management are supposed to provide. It seems childish and completly unprofessinal. Thank you to everyone who wrote reviews on this apartment complex and letting new possible residents know the truth. Creek Point just lost themselves a future resident.

I completely agree. I think it is very childish to argue with residents, rather than to act. Besides, I have a family member in the police department along with many friends, and they all say that this is just not a place you want to raise kids if you can afford somewhere else. I also looked into them, and they are income restriction ONLY...which was another reason I was turned off by them.

I don't think that income restriction should matter weather you live there are not... But I do have to say that in the city of McKinney, Income Restricted Properties means... GHETTO... Is there anywhere nice in McKinney?

Well seeing as these apartments are on the east side of Mckinney along with the income restriction would explain quite a bit about the type of people that live there. If you want decent apartments for a reasonable price check some closer to the west side of town. Try Allen or Plano there are plenty of places within the area that have reasonably priced places and aren't completely "Ghetto".

sounds good people!! I am also looking for a place for my family to live and these reviews are horrible. My fiance calls the place crack point ;)
