I lived here for several months. I left the apartment with no problems until I found out that they charged me $800 for the bad berber carpet they put in it. The carpet was so bad that when you would vacum it it would pull strings out of it from the poor job they did installling it. Even though my lease said I was not responsible for carpet except through neglect, like leaving the windows open, I had to pay hundreds to keep it off my credit. I was also charged $200 dollars because I left a bag of trash in the inside of the door, I forgot this was I was walking out with my hands full.
I work in law enforcement and made several arrest on the property for everything from drugs, drinking, to unregistered sex offender. I had my truck rammed by a drunk that had ran my family off the road and just happened to live in the apartments also. The management complained that I had to choke the guy out when he started fighting me when I was placing him into custody. I would not live even if I was paid.
