yes i used to be a resident at the mckinney orchid apartments and honestly, not a good place to live. the maintence is not very helpful and there not quick. also they keep the pool locked more than they let anyone get in and i dont think that is very fair, they are leting anyone in these days. my child was being stalked from a guy in these apartments. first of all they need security gates, freindly office management. make sure they know who is moving in and stop locking the pool so much. when we did live in those apartments, there were people who lived under us with rats getting into our house because they did not keep their apartment clean at all and we called the office several times and they did not do anything about it. we never had rats till those people moved in and also, we had stayed in those apartments for 8 years now and not once did we get new paint or new blinds or anything else that needed to be fix, our walls are getting dirty, as well as the carpet, the doors in the kitchen are falling apart and the refridarator door is falling off as well. we do not recommend people staying here at the orchids for a time.the noise, the uncleanigness,letting anyone in, the rating i give them is a poor 2.
