First of all, they need to change management. The management is rude and nasty! Secondly, maintence SUCKS! The turn around time to get a work order completed is at least 3 or 4 weeks, Even though you have vanities soak and wet from drips of bad pipes. I don t even feel secure when maintence comes in when I m not there!! Third: the character of the tenants has drastically gone down hill. I believe they are going over to the county jail picking up new tenants everyday. we have even got reviews of people breaking in to my neighbor s home and stealing Merchandise, and Breaking into my Childs friends car. Seems like every weekend, the McKinney Police is out on the Premise. I m concerned about my Families safety and cannot wait until my least expires to get out of here!! I highly discourage anyone for considering McKinney Orchids as a place of residency...you got to be real desperate if you move into here!!
