I was going to write a long list of complaints but I can see that after reading the other responses that I am not the only one that has had the Orchid experience. The leasing agent is a DINGBAT! Any emergency you may have for gods sake DON"T tell her she forgets 2 min. later. The other problems of this property are due to it being turned into a sec. 8 property recently. They truly will let ANYONE LIVE HERE! thieves, drug attics you name it. We had parts stolen off our car, our neighbors had there windows broken out of there cars and radios and spare change stolen out of there cars. Thank god I'll be outta here soon, and some other poor souls can have the Orchid experience. Make sure you don't pay the $20 fee to use the fitness facility that the mangr. asks for, she says its to maintain the equipment but You shouldn't have to pay anything, it should be an amenity of the property. This is just the tip of the iceburg of long complaints I have regarding this property. I would not recommend living here.
