Kathy the property manager has all her family living in the complex I bet for free! She employs them all to do a whole lot of NOTHING!!!! Oh wait..besides drugs and gambling. The place is desperately run down...it was much better years ago but now she will tuck fees for anything. if you are hours late with your rent she will tuck on her gambling fee and demand for it. She has turned mckinney orchids into the mckinney ghetto. Her family cook and eat at the main apartment office. Its just a huge sad mess! The laundry rm....where do I start' With the dirt or with the old and run down machines' Everyone lets their dog poop everywhere' Kathy either needs to go or this place will be gone in afew years....don't waste your time if you value your property! Her son and his friends plus other ghetto people in the complex will steal it. maintenance' What maintenance' oh you mean the requests you make that never show up or the ones that do and get the job half done'....Please run and don't look back!! I'm glad I did. It's unbelieavable I even lived there for as long as I did...Dolores' I wish you were the same one who was there when I first moved in. You and Kathy are nothing but a bad joke. No management or leadership skills!

Kathys family does live here and I've seen one of them beat up on his girlfriend, my exhusband was abusive and I don't take kindly to it. She said they were playing but she shouldn't make excuses for his stupidity
