I recently went by to look at an apartment after waiting for the sales person to get off of their personal phone call, I was told they had nothing to see. As i was leaving another sales lady was returning from showing an apartment. I was appauled and feel as though i was discriminated against because of my beauty. If you are beautiful on the outside ...Do not go here or they will be jealous

Sounds like you have quite a high opinion of yourself. Maybe it was your attitude that prevented the mgmt from being friendly to you

Hi all Many people told me the problem in Saxon wood I don??????t believe.. Now I know why they talk bad about Saxon Wood. I recently moved out and they have checked our apartments and they were happy. They said they will only change USD 38.00. There is No issue for changing the carpet. We are ------- and we don??????t use shoes at home we only use our bare food. So there no chance the carpet to get dirty or spoil. Even there person from Saxon wood which cheeked the apartment and agreed. Below is the mail and feed back I got from the manager of Saxon wood. An additional two months of concessions was deducted from your deposit because the lease was not fulfilled and we felt like you owed back the concessions for the previous two months. Per your lease termination addendum, if you do not fulfill the lease you will be responsible for termination fees (2 months market rent), and concession reimbursement. We actually ended up replacing your carpet after you moved out. So you can take the $426.17 refund check that was issued to you or we can go back and charge you for carpet replacement and you will owe money to Saxon Woods.
