I leased their 3 bedroom apt.

and not only was it overpriced for what they offer i.e.

kitchen has small fridge and cheap appliances.

The icemaker never worked and we had to constantly call for maintenance who only did mediocre work.

The staff is only great in the beginning before you sign the lease afterwards, they do not respond to any issues.

We left a forwarding address when we left and they sent us a letter to Minnesota.

We live in Mckinney! They charged us to replace the whole carpet in the whole apartment!! We have rented before and have never been charged what we were from Saxon.

The grounds are not nice only the office and pool is taken care of to attract new renters.

I was so disappointed and couldn't wait for our lease to end.

The rent is too high for such a below average place.

Do not rent here!!
