This was the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I honestly can't say that I have one positive thing to say about this place. They are crooks plain and simple. We had a great experience with the girl that leased to us, but she was apparently let go the week we moved in, and the management wouldn't honor anything that was in our contract. We had an ant problem that was the worst that I have ever seen, and they were present before we ever moved in. Maintence didn't respond to requests, and they broke into our apartment and stole from us. (We had it in our lease that nobody was to enter unless someone was home, and they had to call first no matter what.) The management didn't care about anything. This includes the broken down car that was parked directly out front of our building that didn't move, but literally one time in the year that we lived there. The grounds were only maintained it seemed when it was complained about. There was also a huge issue with little punk kids skateboarding in the parking lot and street when they almost got hit on numerous times. Then when we gave notice -60 days out- they finally stopped responding to anything we needed at all. They were also tried to charge my spouse for an application fee to be added to the lease for 3 months. When we finally moved out we recieved numerous threatening letters about money that we owed them. When I finally gave up with calling and ended up going in and causing a big stink we got things sorta taken care of. They did however charge us to replace the entire carpet in the apartment due to pet stains. Even though it was in the comments that we had thoroughly cleaned the carpets. It was the most ridiculous situation EVER! Do NOT Do NOT DO NOT RENT HERE! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
