During my one lease term at these apartments, I was living in a 3 bedroom apartment.

Parking was not a problem as far as having my spaces, but rather getting to my spaces.

My neighbor constantly parked in front of my garage, and the apartments did little to curb this.

Along with their spread of cigarette butts every weekend morning from their balcony.

This I don't hold against the apartments too much as it was a bad neighbor, but they didn't seem to pressed to try to get it under control once i made them aware of it.

The front office was not run well at all.

Requests for maintenance went unanswered for far too long before getting someone out.

I would go for a package I was expecting only to be told it was not there.

Go the next day, and then be told it's been there for a week.

Getting someone to acknowledge you when you went to the front office was a 50/50 proposition unless you stepped right in front of their desk.

When it came time to renew the lease, they wasted no time in raising the rent several hundred dollars.

This despite plenty of new apartments going up in McKinney.

Which leads me to believe they were trying to take advantage of the fact that once settled into a 3 bedroom apartment, they thought I would pay more money versus going through the hassel of having to move.

For the amount of money they were going to want, I would expect much much higher quality service and apartment.

Once I did turn in my notice, I got the "bill" for moving out.

They easily recouped the deposit and then some with their fees and services.

I didn't realize it was so difficult of a task to have someone move out, but apparently it was an act of Congress considering what they charged me.

The only saving grace of this place, was that this was where my beautiful wife lived when I met her and for that I can never forget these apartments.
