I have been leasing apartments for over 10 years and this place is a joke they seem nice but when you go to move out they will sock it to you when you take the time to clean it the will slap you with crazy fees.

Acutally, when you destroy carpet, you should take responsibility for it and not expect your apartment community to pay for damages that you have caused!

Also management is not suppose to respond to there review about an apartment complex they are running...... Misty Jones this is the purpose of the sight for people to complain.

actually more than a few people have complained about Saxon charging for whole apt. carpet replacement I don't think it's no coincidence!! They are very dishonest. I had area rugs in all rooms so there was no need for charging to replace all the carpet that was a outright lie and this has led to the management being investigated. BEWARE of this apartment complex very dishonest practices!!

I also lived here for 2 years and had area rugs........but was still charged 459.00 for stupid fees. 50.00 for a 7.99 mini blind. They gave me 2 days than turned me over to collections. The women are also snobby and rude in the office. The main. guys came in whenever they felt like it. It was a living hell. I complained about the upstairs lady being loud and they had no concern at all. Very hateful rude staff!!!!!
