They look mediocre on the outside, but you cannot imagine what lurks inside this apartment complex. Huge trucks, trucks, and more trucks. They park one millimeter from your car after coming home from the pub every night. The absolute worst, most unbearable thing here is the NOISE. Never in my life have I lived around such loud, obnoxious, inconsiderate bottom dwellers as these. I dread coming home from work. I hear stomping the moment I arrive home, till the moment I leave home again. NO ONE here besides me has a job, or a life. The neighbors have bass on their TV s, radios, and probably their telephones by the sound of it. Nothing will shut them up, you can call the courtesy police, the McKinney police..or anyone you like but it won't do anything. I recently looked out the window and saw a man throwing up off the 3rd floor balcony. Oh, and another noise problem..everyone here has a big dog. I have seen a Great Dane, Rottweiler s, labs, you name it. They whine and bark constantly. This place is built so crummy that you can hear your neighbor taking a dump. If you appreciate quality at all, you won't want to live here. The faucets are plastic (something I didn t know existed until now, thank you saxon woods.) The carpet is worn out, and very much used, no padding either. Blinds are cheapo and snap if you try to look out the window. The appliances here are faulty. You can sit and watch the bugs walk in through the gaping holes in the weather stripping. I feel sorry for the hard working maintenance men, they are called in constantly because something is always breaking. They are always nice, and they are the only ones that actually work here.
Please heed my warning. Anyone that gives this place a good review is one of the office staff.
