Ask them how many apartments are vacant. Then ask them why everyone keeps moving out. Or just come and knock on some of the doors. You will quickly find several people that will give you an earful.

Currently at this location there are two open apartments in the complex. I'd say that is pretty good.

Yes, it's really more like over populated. 2 open apartments in the entire community, wow. Especially where several apartments have many people in them. hmm it's a big parking problem
