(Parking, dog crap, staff don't care and yes you can hear residents that live above you) Parking in this entire community is a REAL PROBLEM!! Having mobility issues and hiking across so much of the complex with groceries just to get to your apartment, is a huge problem. Management never returns calls! They just say their is a waiting list on covered parking and garages and so you just have to deal with it!!!
Hmm I wonder how many of their staff live her, I'm sure the ones that do have covered parking! Or they just don't live here to see that is a problem!

There is only one dumpster for the entire complex. Which can get pretty nasty!
To get your trash into the dumpster you have to climb a set of stairs with your bags. Hmmm they really don't care about people with mobility issues. Stairs are near impossible for some, especially carrying multiple bags of trash.

Not to mention the office doesn't notify you if you have a package. When someone sends a surprise, well, it might take a while.

I have lived here for almost a year, and I think it is a great place to live! Yes, parking here is a problem, but that is just one con out of the many pros! The apartments are nice and roomy. They are well insulated and clean. I think the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I happen to like the dumpster b/c all of the trash is all down in the compactor versus spilling out everywhere (gross!). I do agree that it would be hard for a person of limited mobility to throw their trash away, but hey, no place is perfect! Bottom line is you can't please everyone in every way, so little minor annoyances sometimes have to be tolerated. Compared with other complexes in this area, I think The Haven is one of the best!
