I did tons of research and comparison shopping before moving in the first of the year and I love living at The Haven.
I did a drive by after 6pm during the weekdays and did notice that parking near my building was an issue, however the leasing agents were very understanding of the situation and got me an assigned covered parking spot at a very reasonable rate.
Lately, the dog feces in the grass has been a problem, but I do realized that management is doing everything in thier power to enforce and fine those un-responsible pet owners that do not clean up after thier pets. It's up to the residents to report such issues to the office, probably preferrably before they go blasting the apartment community online.
My utilities are very reasonable - I'm on the bottom floor.
I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around, but again, I'm on the bottom floor, it's to be expected that I'm not going to have full and complete silence. It's an apartment complex people!
The gym is enough to get in a decent workout when I'm too lazy to drive to my gym, and I reported broken equipment once and it was fixed promptly. The pool is always clean. The business office is open late, although before I had internet inside my own apartment, I did wish that they had more than one computer with internet access. Everytime I went in to use it there were several teens crowded around the only internet accessed PC.
I feel very safe walking my dogs in the complex in the early morning and at night when it's dark out. It's located adjacent and across the street from nice residential neighborhoods, which are great for joggers. It is located convieniently close to grocery shopping and banks, but it sits back off of Eldorado, so it is secluded. Most of the time the security gates are kept closed, which I like. And unless you have a key card, there is not even a way to walk into the property, so there is very little solicitation from door to door salespeople.
Overall, I cannot say enough good things about living at The Haven.
