While the facilities were adequate, the staff and general mangement could not have been less helpful. Between poor attitude, slow response, and a seeming total lack of coordination, it was a nightmare which ended up costing me literally thousands of dollars. EVERY time I had an issue, question, etc., I'd have to re-explain it to two or three different people. Also had a "we'll fix it when we can" attitude. Had an issue with a clarification on the contract and, rather than at LEAST attempt to take it up the chain, it wasn't even considered. I did get a "sorry about that" though...nice.
Even had a dispute with the amount they claimed (although could never substantiate) I owed them after moving out and, rather than try to discuss it, they sent it to a collection agency who was no more clued in on the issues than I was.
Rather than ding my credit, I regretfully paid the few hunderd bucks, but know full well I was scammed.
Again, decent place, but I HIGHLY recommend you attempt to find a place that has a staff that actually communicates with one another, and with you, before it's too late.

I have to agree that management is not the best when it comes to customer service. No one is ever present to greet you upon entering the office, and you are usually left waiting for several minutes. Suggestion: "Get a bell and place it at the front and we can ring it for service." Parking sucks, the walls are thin, electric bills are ridiculous, residents leave trash outside their door for days on end, package service sucks, and yes they do charge different prices for the same apartment. Sometimes a $50.00 dollar difference, and I know this for sure. Explain that one to me. I've lived here almost 2 years and LOVE my apartment. I feel very safe. But I'm sure I will not be renewing my lease. A lot of people say that the only people that post things on sites like this are the ones that don't pay their rent on time or break their lease agreement. Not true! My rent is paid in full and on time each month. My reason for commenting is that some things just aren't up to par when compared to other places that I've lived.
