I visited the place over a year ago and was not welcomed.
Maybe it's because I am young and was dressed casually at the time, or maybe it was just the attitude of the lady helping me.
She was very lackluster when it came to giving me information about the apartments.
She seemed to look bothered when I asked for a tour.
Yes, the location is ideal and the apartments are pretty.
But I also expect good customer service and what I received didn't even come close to decent.
I'm sure once I got past the barrier of a staff, I probably would've enjoyed living there.
I guess I'll never find out.
Hopefully the quality of service has changed for the better.

It's crazy because before I moved in, I remember having the same experience but opposite. I had just purchased a new car. They asked me what type of car I drove and was excited and pleasurable when I told them I had just purchased a new car. She mentioned that they were just making sure it wasn't a hooptie as they are wanting a certain image. They also asked me what I did for a living. It felt weird because I felt like they were screening. See I was just coming from work so I was dressed professionally and I guess it was a plus to them.. It was weird and crazy.. Oh and I did move in and it was a complete nightmare, so you saved yourself much trouble. I have never had as many problems as I did during the year I lived at El Lago. The only positive I saw was maintenace. They were extremely timely and very nice.
