Steven was the reason we almost moved out of here! Everytime I asked him for something it didnt get taken care of until I asked over and over again. He was so disorganized and didnt really seem to care about his job. Maybe thats why he isnt working here anymore! Did you think about that' Ive never lived at an apt community that didnt change staff and mgmt companies. That's just the way it is. I have been here since January 09 and i havent had any problems with either one of the ladies in the office. They have always been helpful and nice anytime I have gone in there. Things are definintely better since Steven has been gone!! I plan on staying for a long time :-)

The gates are always open;Solicitors are always on the property, you call that safe? There is trash constantly on the grounds. Not everyone in the office is nice, one of the girls is rude.

Its all true. The gates never work and no one in the office seems to care. The two girls that work in the office don't even live at the apartments so when something goes wrong (like with the gate) there is no reason for them to be concerned. Crystal has been overheard saying terrible things about the residents when she thinks they are out of earshot but everyone hears what she says. I have never dealt with Teresa because she never comes out of her office. I actually don't know anyone who has really talked to her. Her job here is still unknown. Solicitors are always on property, that is true. I don't think that anyone in the office keeps track of the solicitors that come through. So we have strangers walking effortlessly through a broken gate and drug dealers in every breezeway. This place is not safe and the staff is not helpful.
