This is not the worst place, but certainly overpriced, noisey, sometime a mess and problem office staff. Not worth the price for sure! I wish i had gotten a month to month contract so i could have moved on

These high priced places are run by idiots and not worth the money. They get in a decorated office and they think they are Bill Gates or something. Wake up management company and get some decent people to run the place or be run out of Mesquite.
