When we moved in there were a few things that still needed to be fixed but they are working on them. If you don't like listening to people stomp around above you I wouldn't recommend living on the first or second floors. The pool is really nice and it's always hoppin. The gates have been working since we moved in- I haven't seen them down yet. My two biggest complaints are the parking and the cable/internet provider. Parking is absolutely nuts. Whoever designed that place was an idiot. Yeah sure there are garages but my truck won't fit in it. Unless you get there and stay there in the afternoon, you will have to park a half a mile away because parking sucks. Ok now the cable/internet provider. You can only go through AT&T for internet because Alexis has a contract with them, and if you want to go through someone else for cable you have to put a $150 deposit down. So far I have had SOOOO many problems with my internet and with AT&T. And since we can't go thru anyone else, we are kinda screwed. But those are my biggest complaints. Everything else has been good. Nice apartments, nice people, clean and pretty to look at. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I would not recommend this place. Have had an ant problem for weeks. Air conditon doesn't work in bedroom. People Drink beer buy the pool. Chairs in the pool. Non resident hang on the stairs and management is overall the worse. Would not recommend. Over priced! Parking sucks too.
