I currently reside at Audubon Park and it?s been fine so far. I had a water leak in the kitchen, I reported it and they came out and fixed it the next day. The neighbors below me were really loud, I reported the situation and the office took care of the problem by givign them a lease violation (they had gotten complaints from others as well). The apartment was very clean, the office staff is very nice, sweet and professional. So, overall this is a quiet and nice place to live.
