I currently live at Audubon Park apartments, so PLEASE heed my warnings. While my problem is irrelevant, the problems I encountered is not.
The on-location management is atrocious at best which is obviously a trickle down effect from the middle and upper management. I've spoke with the Apartment Manager, Mandie, and received nothing but folded arms and a brick wall attitude. After five voicemails to the Regional District Manager, I finally had to settle for her assistant. After I chewed her out, I finally get a return call from the RDM, Rena, (whom eventually hung up on me). This, after leaving a voicemail with the Regional Vice President, Mary Jo, with no returned call. All the same answers, "There's nothing we can do." "It's out of our hands." "We are not at fault, you are." The afformentioned 11 break-ins is bad enough, but there is no excuse for their lack of understanding and caring. They are extremely standoffish and belligerent. When I asked for the RVP's bosses name, I was told by the RDM's assistant that there was no one above Mary Jo. I informed her that this is impossible considering she is the VICE president of a REGION and that I am not as clueless as she thinks. Then she proceeded to tell me that she meant there is no one above Mary Jo that can help me.
The person with the largest amount of common sense and decency was their newly hired maintenance man. He at least showed some compassion and ability to grasp the situation. He suggested the apartment manager conduct a meeting with the involved parties (which was quickly dismissed by the office personnel).
I will never rent from Alliance Properties Management again.

Having been one of the 15 2003 break ins I totally agree with you. I'd written the management company over and over again before Mandie got there. She seemed to care when she first started and apparently stopped soon after.
