my wife and i currently live at this so called apartments, but not for long. i will agree that at first everything seems nice but then it all goes to the pits. when we moved in in may our toilet was leaning beause of sub floor problems. well, i reported it on the move in conditions sheet and called several times over the next few months. NOTHING HAPPENED. the one time i did talk to someone, they told me it would be dealt with. that was 8 MONTHS AGO. i have since then kept my mouth shut and fixed what i could on my own. my wife is now 7 months pregnant and it is hard for her to try and use the bathroom because of a leaning toilet. well we are outa there and i intend on contacting the better business buereu asap. I work for Lincoln Property Company (the 2nd leading management co in the nation) and i know how things should be run. if you are looking for this apt or any run by alliance....FORGET IT!. look me up at the Falls at Highpoint Apts. In am agree with you. Sice I moved here I had one problem after another. Then My laundry closet door started having problems, they came and fixed 3 times. The door was back to how it was before. few days later the door collapsed on my 20 months old daughter and she was taken to emergency. The doctor said that she was lucky she came out only with some bruises because she could have died if the door would have hit her head. I called them and I explained what happen and I wanted the doors to be taken away and one day passed by and my door is still there on the floor (it is so heavy I cannot lift or move it osmewhere else). My baby she can still get hurt with that door on the floor.
