i have also experienced two water leaks. one from the washing machine connections and another from the next door neighbors. the original water leak was taken care of pretty quick. the leak from next door took some goading and a few calls. our dishwasher looks like it came from 1960 and it actually cleans maybe 2 loads out of 5. i have made several requests for a new dishwasher and i was told to use jet dry (which doesn't work either).

from my experience, the management has been curteous, but i don't deal with them, that is my wife's part.

i have not been told of the break ins and now that i read about them, i'll be talking with the office about it. i haven't had any security issues and i have been there for 6 months now.

the apartments are constructed very poorly. the method used takes away from open space. i don't like have a double doored entry because it is a weak point of entry for a burgler.
