We have had our car broken into twice in the past year & 1/2. Staff is snobby and NEVER gets maintence requests in when you ask them to. I once had to put in a request three different times and it took my getting mad and a month later. Also, some kind of fire alarm on the buildings beeps loudly when the batteries are low ('' at least that is what the office told us), and it will beep constantly for DAYS!! Parking lot is in bad shape, potholes when it rains! Wood outside (on fence / pillars) is rotting and they keep saying they plan on fixing it...
One last thing, the spa was broken for the first 14 months we lived here (oh, and pool is always filthy!!)
