I moved into these aparments in Sept. 2003 and stayed until March 2004... it was suppose to be a one year lease, but I never made it a year. The apartment staff always seemed nice and helpful,but they seemed to take their time on getting repair requests processed. I had an old showerhead fixture that broke which caused low water pressure and made for a leaky cituation in my bathroom, and it took a month of asking for repair before someone came to fix it. I have to agree with the person who complained about the irritating beeping noise that literally went on for 24 hours a day and weeks at a time... THIS IS NO JOKE...THE BEEP WAS NON STOP! And when I asked the office what that annoying noise was... they said it was something to do with the phone lines. Thankfully all my neighbors were very nice and we all looked out for one another's car and apartments. My neighbor below lived in his apartment for years and never had a problem...but he told me that apartments around and above him had been broken into... but it was likely that who ever broke into their apartment knew them and knew what they had. (SO DON'T GO AROUND ADVERTISING WHAT YOU HAVE, LIKE.... TV'S, STEREOS, COMPUTERS, ETC..)
About a month later I was sitting at home getting ready to go to work and I heard a knock at the door, I didin't answer because I assumed that it was just another sales person, but little did I know they were not selling anything. They knocked several times causing my dog to throw a fit... thank goodness for him, if I had not had my dog with me I may not be writing this right now. My dog scared them away from my apartment, but did not scare them away from my neighbors... his apartment was broken into and shortly after I broke my lease and left. The apartment complex tried to make me feel better by telling me that they had a security gaurd walking around the complex, but when my apartment was nearly broken into... where was the security gaurd than' So, bottom line, the apartments seemed nice at first, but its a good lesson that you get what you pay for. I thought I was getting a good bargain... but it turned out to be a bargain no-no. Oh, and one more thing, nothing is ever done about noisy obnocious neighbors!!!!!

I lived their for years and heard the beeping at times. If it was one beep at a time it was the fire alarms (that's comforting). It is several consecutive rhythmic beeps it would be the carwash across the street.
