While my statements are old they may help another. On my day of move in I found missing doors, wet carpet, and half of the padding wasn't even under the carpet. Maintenance idea of repair was usually cosmetic. when they replaced missing bedroom or closet doors they werent painted. When I complained of them not being painted they came in and spray painted the doors leaving all windows closed so me and my asthmatic child came home to the strongest fumes ever! They'd come in for other maintenace issues and move furniture and not put it back and once even left the doors unlocked. I'd rather lock out the maintenance people because anytime they came in for anything I'd have to call them back or find out why they were even in their (because they never left the required legal notes). It was truly a pain.They had a string of burglaries last year and their response to fixing "all" of the damages done to my unit were so unacceptable that I just left.
