This place SUCKS!!! & maintence steals

The maintence crew does jobs half way, promises to come back, then doesn't. Cars are always being broken into. One car was stolen! The management promises to fix things, then doesn't. The pool is always filled with leaves & bugs. When I moved into my apartment, the blinds were old and dingy. The floors in the bathroom & kitchen appear to be from 1970 something. There were stains on the floor & dust on the ceiling fan. I could have done a better make ready job.
LET ME ALSO ADD THAT MAINTENCE CAME IN ONE TIME AND STOLE A PAIR OF $110 EARRING OFF MY COFFEE TABLE. AND THE OFFICE DID NOTHING!!!!
