I am new to Audubon Park Apartments, and so far I LOVE it. I have had no problems but minor ones once we moved in and they were there within a day to fix it. It to me has been quite there. I have heard of no action really...It's peaceful and I like that. I fortunally got a great upstairs neighbor whom is single and quite therefore we hear no noise from her. I Recommend it!
Where I pay dollars for covered parking which is at my door step. It is well worth it. Parking in my building wouldn't be bad because we are in the back, but other building are limited.
