This is a bit old. We moved from there in 2003, but I saw these on here since my brother was looking for an apt. We moved in about 3/2002. Not long after we moved in it rained. Not only did the rain leak through nearly all of the windows, it leaked from the patio above through to our wall above the patio doors leaving an ugly water stain. They got around to fixing the patio leak. Never did a thing for the windows. So, everytime it rained we had to place towels in the windows everytime it rained or got cold. Terrible light bill. I complained to maintenance regularly about doing something about the water stain. A year later when we moved, it was still there. As we moved the furniture out of our newborn baby's room we discovered mold underneath the furniture from the leaky windows. No wonder he was always sick. Then when we moved the furniture out of our room (joining wall to baby's room), there was more mold. It was bad, really bad. When I first moved out there 3-4 years prior in the efficiency apt., the maintenance was great, and I loved living there. Management changed and it went to the toilet. Nobody cared about current residents. It was all about making money and that was it! Oh, and one night the pizza guy was robbed right outside our bedroom window. So, once a great place to live but no anymore. And judging by the comments I just read, it hasn't improved much.
