I have had such a horrible experience here!!

I was given a choice as to which apartment I wanted. Once chosen I gave them 2 weeks to get the unit ready. The day I was to sign the lease and move I called the office to make sure all was a go. Sarah didn't remember who I was or the unit I was inquiring about. She called me back 2 hours before I was to be in for the "signing" and informed me the unit had a leak and would not be ready for lease. I had gotten myself in a bind so agreed on another unit of the same size.

We (2 kids and myself) early November 2008. Within 2 weeks the tub in my kids bath started peeling. I have informed managment several times. The tub is now turning green and they still have done nothing about this.

I have now had maintnance at my unit 5 times over the last 6 weeks to work on my ac unit. To this day it is still hot in my unit. I keep getting the run around as to why it is not fixed. My daughter has asthma and has had to spend many nights sweating while sleeping as if she doesn't already have a hard time breathing.

During the last hard rains, the roof leaked causing to big leaks in my daughters room. I informed management of this and still 3 weeks later have had no repairs.

And the ants at this place. I have NEVER seen such an invasion!!!

You pay for your rent, water and electicity. Where is the rent money goin' Not on compfortable living. More like hell!!!

I have sought out legal council and would recommend this place to NO ONE!!!
