I moved in building 4-204 July 08 and lived out the whole year. the office. Amy and Manager were okay but Sarah does not remember her head from her butt. When I would first call with maint request she would act like she never spoke to me. The worst thing about my apartment was not only the OLD SMEll but the carpet. I dont know how long the carpet had been in the apartment but before I moved out I was vacumming in front of the fire place and the carpet started coming apart but was told when I moved oout they would be putting in new carpet but who knows on that! Biggest complaint I have is the one bedroom on 2nd floor....do not move to 2nd floor because not only is it wasted space below the stair case but it stays really cold in the winter which causes the electric bill to go up. Never had problems with my car or for the most never had to many maintence problems and it seemed if I did then they were taken care of in a timely manner. I think this place is pretty much like other propertys the owners don't care they just want the apartments leased.
