I have lived in The Baker Square apartments for over 6 months. My experience has been great althought I do have concerns when it comes to Rent and Late fees. Recently a close relitive died and I used all my savings from my rent and christmas to go and give my last farwell to my very close relative far away from here. I came back and told the Manager my situation. She advised me she also have members die in her family and she also had to pay to travel and pay her rent. It really hurt to hear her reaction about my situation I am late in paying my rent and I do pay all late fees. But this one time that I really needed help I was refused. The manager at The Baker is not understanding. Now I am mourning a death and also my children will not have a christmas due to having to pay my rent late plus almost 250.00 late charges on my rent.
