I have lived there since December and the manager was fine at the very beginning. Now she is verbally rude and it takes a long time to get any maintenace work done if at all. I think I have had to repair my own things or get someone, family member or friend, to help me out.

Yeah..I shopped her cause I work right down the street and she's horrible!!!! She has no customer service skills at all and doesn't know the business..what was she thinking???
