The office staff is friendly and courteous. They accept maintenance requests over the phone and, usually, maintenance is done within a day or so. Also, they accept packages for you as a courtesy, but there is only one trash dumpster for the whole community and it is always overflowing. Also, there is a problem with pest control and parking is impossible, depending on where your apt is. Cars race through the complex at all hours,with screeching wheels. People are noisy, too. Trashy people. This is no place for kids, but they will often play in the parking lots, often barely missing being hit by cars driven by loud trashy people. You can hear cars racing around at 3 in the morning. The apts are in bad shape, my ceiling has been leaking for years. Walls chipped and nasty looking. Sinks chipped. Bathtub impossible to get clean. I don't have people over to visit because the complex and apt itself is embarassing looking. CRIME IS HIGH, cars stolen and broken into, esp. along that ugly weed looking median. There was a wave of armed burglaries before they put more lights in. That seemed to help, but I would not move there. I know people who put their notice in a month after moving in.
