I would like to say that I agree with everyone saying DONT DO IT!!!!. I would like to express just how bad the pest problem is. INFESTED!!! Me and my neighbors were working together to try a calm it down but they move from one apartment, to another, and then back again. Im talking about literally seeing them come through the vents. I had luggage stolen from me while going into my apartment and I informed the leasing office as well as called the police. They were living in an apartment where they were not on the lease and I kept seeing them several times. The complex didnt do anything about it. Not to mention the drunken fights in the middle of the night that sound like their in your living room. My mail was being taken from my mailbox for 3 months and they acted as if they didnt know what I was talking about. I went in again to complain and a young guy told me they had been having many complaints for months about people not receiving their mail. A few days later that gentleman was fired for trying to do his job. I had complex maintenence walk in on me while I was getting in the shower. They gave no notice of needing entry and all they did was apologize for coming so late. No word about walking in on me with no clothes. Of course I got stuck in their contract because of a special they have. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. It sais you may or may not have to pay them back. Well guess what they want them back! So I was stuck in their lease. It was so bad that I actually moved to another complex 2 months before my lease was up with camden. Yeah, I had rent for to apartments but thats just how bad it was. Dont was your money like me. PLEASE, DONT DO IT!!!!!

P.S Just a note about the maitenance. My light circuits blew out in the back part of my apartment (bedroom, bathroom, etc) and it took them 4 days to come and do something that took 5 minutes to fix.
