I have lived at Camden for about a year and think that this is a great place. Yes it is true that the rent changes but you should have been aware of that when you signed your first lease. Camden doesn't have just a basic rent rate, as mentioned by the staff, each apartment is individually priced. And the thing about the cable is they only charge you $35 for cable, which is a really good deal. I have never had a problem with pests and I think that that is a personal problem. and maitnance and the staff have been very nice. Anytime that I have had a problem they have dealt with it in a very timely matter. Sure the apartment is not perrfect, but what complex is. I do know that it is possible for people not to like this community because everybody has their own taste, but I enjoy living at Camden and would recommend it to anyone.

You don't see any problems? Have you gone to Eyemasters lately? You must just think this is the way it is suppose to be???????? This is a disaster! The place is a ship wreck!
