Not a good idea

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I've lived at Camden for going on a year. The management, staff and maintence are nice enough. But! My 1000 square foot unit is running a $400 electric bill in the summer and a $200 in the winter. Any other place I've lived my electric was under $100. EVERYTHING has broken: the air, thermostat, the hot water heater exploded, the garbage disposal, the ceiling cracked, the dishwasher leaked into the wall causing a moldy mess and a hole! Then, to top it all off, in one night the oven, hot water, and heater all went out. There IS NO EMERGENCY MAINTENCE phone. I had to spend the night in a hotel. Bad idea, don't do it.
