Seriously I've read every single comment on here and I am convinced that the GOOD comments are from the staff!
This apartment community is literally "crap"! Since the last one I posted in 2007 these apartments have only decreased! Still have nothing but drunkards roaming around, throwing up at 9:00 pm on a Sunday when my daughter and I get out of the car. Idiots coming on to you when you walk by that you don't feel safe to walk to your apartment without pretending to be on the cell phone so that they may get the hint! Or not...then they may just come to your apartment door and ask you to come to their "get together" that you walk by and marajuana smoke is coming out! Uhh yeah go to the apartment manager and complain....yeah.....it's still ILLEGAL to be in position of marajuana!
It's against the law to feel harrassed in your living area and have nothing done about it! It's against the law to do half the stuff that is done in these apartments. Call the police and well it's MESQUITE so .... yeah it takes them 42 minutes to get to the apartment that you call and tell them has a domestic abuse going on .... they knock and no one answers and they walk away!!!!
This is the GHETTO! Do not move here! You are better to stay living at home or finding a roommate and moving to a more upscale apartment community!
Seriously, you can not live here without getting a conceled handgun license so that you can protect yourself and your family!

These cheap a-- people don't wanna spend the money on keeping the place safe. I would call the media people like Saul Garza of Fox News. Show them the pictures. Put the Manager on camera! Get some residents together and shake up that place. There are a few apartments that need to go on the news for violations. Put some of the drunks on camera also. Take some photos and Saul will take care of it. Also call the housing authority. Good Luck!
