The Place Apartments, formally known as Camden Place is a ---- hole. Seriously. Our A/C bill is always well over $200. There is a leak and they refuse to fix it. We put up new blinds because the ones that were in the apartment were literally falling apart. Then seven months later were fined for having put the blinds. So less than 24 hours later they came in and replaced ONE blind. Charging us $25.00! Plus they terrorized our dog. They chased him with one of our our kitchen table chairs into our bedroom where he was hiding when I returned home. Also the people above us our so loud and walk so hard they cracked our ceiling! They refuse to do anything about. The people in the building across from us, smoke pot on their patio and throw their trash over the side of the patio. Roaches are horrible. The toilets always run so the water bill is ridiculous. They charge a base $30 for water. Parking is always a nightmare. And the stray animals!! OH! There are cats everywhere!! They have also started allowing people to have Pit Bulls. The railings are falling off, one of our neighbors little girl almost fell off of their patio. There are hardly any lights in the apartment. The maintenance staff hardly speaks English and gets mad because you cannot understand them. The staff is SO SO SO SO rude. I cannot stress that enough. I have lived in an apartment before and this place is ridiculous and I cannot wait to move.

Sounds exactly like my experience there! Our electric bills even got up to 350.... They are so rude in the office, they treat you like crap.. it's the worst place to live!! It is nasty.. cops are always called. yuck hate that place!
